Project Description

Hydra: a flexible software package for 'one-click' HDX-MX data analysis. Collaborated with laboratory subject experts to establish project requirements for a hydrogen deuterium exchange mass spectrometry (HDX-MS) configurable processing pipeline solution. Using object oriented analysis and design; we implemented a flexible solution for data extraction, processing, validation and viewing of HDX-MS data. This software package was highly received at the 56th ASMS Conference on Mass Spectrometry and Allied Topics held June 1-5 2008, Denver, Colorado.
